Your first visit
What the process looks like and what to bring.
- Choose a department and check the roster: if you are unsure, start with the symptom table on the medical team page, or call us.
- Book: call 04-2463-3530 or message us on LINE, opening 30 days before the clinic date. Same-session bookings are not accepted; you can register at the counter instead.
- Register on the day: bring your NHI card and register at the counter. The last registration each day is 20:45.
- Consultation and follow-up: the doctor explains the approach after examining you; confirm any follow-up visit at the counter.
