Not sure which department? Start from your symptom
Find the department that matches your symptom, then check the doctors below for available days. You are also welcome to call or message us on LINE if you are unsure.
| Department | Common reasons to book | Please note |
|---|---|---|
| Dermatology | Acne and acne scars, eczema and dermatitis, hives, dry itchy skin, pigmentation and moles, ingrown nails, skin infections | Skin conditions can look alike but need different treatment; an in-person check is recommended |
| Hair loss clinic | Male pattern hair loss, alopecia areata, female hair loss, postpartum and post-diet shedding, inflamed scalp | Scalp dermoscopy is done on site; any medication requires assessment by a doctor |
| Weight management | Weight management, metabolic assessment, localised fat reduction consultation | Blood tests and a metabolic assessment come first; the plan differs from person to person |
| Hepatogastroenterology | Acid reflux, peptic ulcer, H. pylori, chronic hepatitis follow-up, abdominal ultrasound and gastroscopy | Some tests need a prior booking and fasting - please call first |
| Family medicine | General internal medicine, chronic disease follow-up, vaccination advice | |
| Surgery | Assessment for surgical procedures | |
| Aesthetic medicine | Laser and light treatments, injectables, thread lifts and lifting treatments | Self-paid treatments; indications and contraindications are assessed before any procedure |
This table is general guidance for choosing a department, not a promise of results. Diagnosis and treatment must be assessed by a doctor in person.
